DESCRIPTION:Join our education coordinator Tim Hansel for a free family friendly walk at Pheasant Branch. Enjoy seeing and learning about the beautiful prairie plants of all shapes and sizes! Help look and listen for Meadowlarks\, Bobolinks and other prairie nesting birds! Try using the Seek app and Merlin Bird ID to identify some prairie plants and birds and learn more about them. \nMeet at Pheasant Branch Prairie Encampment parking lot.\n\n \nThis is a free\, welcoming\, diverse\, educational\, fun and family friendly program. \nFUN events occur on the 4th Saturdays of the month from 1:30-3pm. \nNo need to register.
