For the month of May, Sarah Dimick, founder of Avani Yoga and Wellness will provide donation-based yoga classes to help raise funds for the Friends of Pheasant Branch Conservancy. The intention is to provide a fundraising opportunity while offering friends and community members the opportunity to take care of themselves through the practice of yoga.
Sarah’s classes are inclusive and accessible for all, even those who may have no experience with yoga. There will be chair-based classes (Fridays in May) and mat-based classes ( Thursdays in May) with a focus on connecting to yourself and nature. Currently these yoga classes are online- offered through Zoom- so they are safe, comfortable, and “green” (no driving necessary) for all.
Register for as many classes as you like. A zoom link will be e-mailed to you prior to each class. Classes are donation based and funds raised will go back to the important work of the Friends.
