We are proud to welcome three new members to the Friends of Pheasant Branch Conservancy Board of Directors. Jim Lerdahl, Kevin Munson, and Mary Russell were all elected to the Board at our Annual Meeting in January.
Jim Lerdahl

Jim Lerdahl grew up in Middleton and moved back recently, in part to be near Pheasant Branch Conservancy. He is a graduate of UW-Madison, in accounting and international business, and he has been a CPA for 15 years. He currently works for his family business, Lerdahl: Inspired Workplace Interiors, where he is responsible for accounting, financing, risk management, and other aspects of the business. We are fortunate to have Jim’s passion for and commitment to the Conservancy, as well as his financial expertise.
Kevin Munson

Kevin Munson brings wonderful talents and skills to our board. A lifelong photographer, he has shared many of his nature photos with the Friends, including presentations at our Annual Meetings. His academic background includes biology, aeronautics, and a master’s degree in business. He has served as a wildlife biologist, pilot, and most recently in the field of quality and regulatory management in the pharmaceutical industry. He has also served on Middleton’s airport commission and water resource management commission.
Mary Russell

Mary Russell is a Wisconsin native and retired master’s-prepared registered/certified dietitian nutritionist with a background in clinical nutrition and education, including ethics in practice and food access issues. She has a lifelong interest in nature, hiking the Ice Age trail, and enjoys contributing to initiatives focused on maintaining and improving the Pheasant Branch Conservancy and neighboring Woodcreek Village.
