Check out our events calendar to find fun events throughout the year at Pheasant Branch Conservancy and throughout Middleton. Learn about nature and the Conservancy at our Conservancy Days and Friends of Urban Nature events or volunteer to help keep Pheasant Branch healthy during a seed collection or invasive species removal work day.
Notable events include:
- Prairie Chase Run/Walk: Annual Friends fundraiser held in June that includes a 5K run/walk, a 10K run, and a kids’ run
- Conservancy Days: Educational sessions focusing on wildlife, history, and ecology of the Conservancy; held every other month at Middleton Public Library
- Friends of Urban Nature (FUN) events: Monthly outdoors & educational events at the Conservancy; held on the fourth Saturday of every month
- Volunteer work days: Invasive species removal, seed collection, monarch butterfly tagging, and more

Prairie Chase Run/Walk
FeaturedJoin us for a fun race through the Conservancy at the 12th annual Prairie Chase Run/Walk. Participants can sign up for a 5K run/walk or a 10K all-terrain race along the trails at Pheasant Branch Conservancy. Registration is $40 for adults and $20 for those 20 and younger.
