Join us for the annual Friends of Pheasant Branch Conservancy Prairie Chase Run & Walk, traditionally held on the last Saturday in June.
This key Friends of Pheasant Branch Conservancy fundraiser offers something for everyone—from a flat, scenic 5K loop to an adventurous 10K through the prairies and hills of the Conservancy.
The event features:
5K Run/Walk: A smooth, family-friendly route along the main crushed limestone path
10K Run: A diverse trail run featuring dirt, gravel, hills, and beautiful views of less-traveled areas
Free Kids Run: A fun, short post-race run with prizes for all young participants
Based out of Orchid Heights Park in Middleton, WI, Prairie Chase is a celebration of our community and the vital ecological work of the Friends of Pheasant Branch Conservancy. Proceeds directly support local prairie, wetland, and forest restoration, education, and advocacy.
