This observation deck is located at the top of Pheasant Branch Hill in the northern part of the Conservancy.
Perched atop the highest point in the Conservancy, this northern vista rewards hikers with breathtaking, elevated views of the entire property, the marshlands, and Lake Mendota. On clear days, you can even spot the glowing silhouette of the State Capitol building in downtown Madison.
