Pheasant Branch Creek collects water from the Pheasant Branch Watershed before moving through the Conservancy and into Lake Mendota.
Pheasant Branch Creek collects water from the approximately 23-square-mile Pheasant Branch Watershed before moving through the Conservancy wetlands, joining the water from the springs and heading into Lake Mendota. The creek is impacted by both highly developed areas of the watershed as well as agricultural runoff.
