Outlot 2 in Pheasant Branch Ridge north of Whittlesey Road was acquired by the city in 2025 and added to Pheasant Branch Conservancy. This 14-acre parcel is mostly wetlands and part of the Graber Greenway project that the Friends are supporting to complete the greenway and connection between Pheasant Branch Road and High Road. Friends have been working for years to also acquire the remaining wetlands that are north of this property containing a small stream that is privately owned. See open space map from City Open Space Plan.
